Shipping and Delivery:
Q. Are shipping costs included in the price?
A. All of our LOCAL orders enjoy a flat rate of R150 for delivery and free deliver for purchases over R1000. Please note that in the case of your address being located in an OUTLYING area Africology reserves the right to deliver the good via post, request an alternative address or request further payment for extra delivery fees.
Q. Do you ship outside of the RSA?
A. Africology is able to deliver internationally however please note that our delivery fees for international orders will vary and will be invoiced separately.
Q. What Shipping methods do you offer?
A. We have a standard courier delivery being 3-5 days for local orders and 2 weeks for international orders. If you have special requirements please contact us and note that extra charges will be added to your order.
Q. How long does it take to get my shipment?
A. If your product is available immediately, shipment will take 3-5 days.
Q. If I order my product today, when will it ship?
A. If you order your product before 12:00pm(EST) on Monday – Thursday, it will ship the same day. If you place your order after 12:00pm, it will ship the next day. Any orders made after 10:00am on Friday will ship on Monday. In the case of stock items not being available please note that there will be a waiting period of up to 2 weeks.
Q.What is your returns policy and how do I return or exchange an individual product or my entire order?
A.We do hope that you will be pleased with your products, if for some reason you would like to return an item please return it to us unopened within 30 days of purchase. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.
If you do need to return your order/product, please contact our customer service team so we can issue a returned goods number (RGN) to speed up the refund/exchange process. Your items should be wrapped securely and sent Recorded Delivery with a note indicating whether you wish to have a refund or exchange and your contact details. You should then retain proof of postage. Once we have received your parcel we will be in contact to confirm the receipt of the returned goods and that your refund/exchange has been issued accordingly.
Africology is only able to accept returns for items purchased over the Africology website or by orders placed by phone. For items purchased from a salon, retail store or QVC you will be required to contact the original place of purchase; as when you choose to buy through these outlets you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.
Any products which are returned open will not qualify for a refund or exchange. If you have any concerns about using Africology products, we do offer a free skincare consultation service which will ensure you are using the correct products for your skin type.
